Vanilla - Not so plain after all!

Vanilla Extract is as common as flour in any baker's pantry.  Vanilla flavoring enriches baking, desserts, drinks - you name it, Vanilla makes food delicious.  Have you ever stopped to read the ingredient list in a bottle of  vanilla extract?  Even "pure" vanilla extract bottles in the supermarket are filled with color, sugar, and the always present "flavorings." 

So is real, honest vanilla extract without the added fillers available?  YES!  Baked with Loven makes extracts the old-fashioned way with only pure vanilla goodness.  We start with imported vanilla beans from Madagascar.  In fact, most bottles will have traces of vanilla beans floating in the liquid.  Our secret blend of liquor is mixed with the crushed vanilla beans and aged for at least one year before being bottled for consumption.  The vanilla extract is considered Double Fold 2X   because twice the vanilla beans than necessary are added for a two times stronger flavor.  Chefs can use less extract for the same rich flavor in food.   One whiff of an open bottle and you know something delicious is inside!

For Gluten intolerance, Baked with Loven will have gluten free vanilla available in Summer 2013.  Vanilla sugar is also available and makes a great hostess gift for your foodie friends!
